If you manage social media accounts, chances are you’ve faced a profile overflowing with posts, mentions, and campaigns... only to realize you need to zoom in on just one. That’s when the overwhelm kicks in: where do you even start? how do you spot the posts you actually care about? and how do you isolate them for a deep dive?

This article is built around that exact scenario: identifying and analyzing a single campaign in the middle of social media chaos. To guide you through the process, we’ll explore a few features inside Welov.io that help cut through the noise:

  1. Insights AI to detect campaigns
  2. Content analytics to isolate posts related to a specific campaign or product
  3. Content navigator to see post ranking at a glance
  4. Dashboards to get the quantitative context
  5. Insight AI for qualitaative content analysis

And to make things more concrete, we'll walk through a real example using the Instagram account of Netflex Spain.

Ready for this binge-worthy breakdown? 🍿

How to spot a campaign in the middle of social media chaos

Manually identifying campaigns or products in an endless Instagram feed usually means sorting through each post one by one. Time-consuming, right? That’s where Insight AI steps in (Welov.io’s built-in artificial intelligence designed to help you analyze content with custom prompts that scan your posts and deliver the insights you need).

For this specific challenge, we’ve created a pre-set prompt called “Content analytics filter recommendations”. It scans the profile and detects active campaigns and products, then suggests relevant keywords and hashtags for each one.

When applied to the Netflix Spain Instagram account, here’s what it gave us:

How to isolate campaign content without getting lost in the feed

If you’re doing this manually, the next step would involve identifying the keywords or hashtags that describe the specific campaign you want to analyze, so you can filter out everything else.

In our case, following the recommendations from Insight AI, we created five content filters in Welov.io, one for each series, using the keywords detected by the AI. This not only lets us analyze each campaign in isolation, but also makes it easier to compare them later if needed.

How to get quantitative context (without drowning in spreadsheets)

There are plenty of ways to visualize data after manually tagging and classifying posts, but most of them end in massive spreadsheets that are hard to maintain and even harder to interpret.

At Welov.io, we skip the spreadsheet chaos and go straight to what matters: dashboards, with the metrics that actually tell the story.

For this step, we’ll use the filtered campaign content from earlier as our data source to:

  1. Select the campaign to analyze (using the number of posts as the selection metric).
  2. Once selected, dig into its quantitative data to get the context needed before moving on to AI-powered qualitative analysis.
Context Snapshot
While “Breathless” had the highest average interactions per post (nearly 50K), we chose Wednesday as our focus due to its higher volume of content. Between July and September 2025, the campaign generated 1.7M total interactions across 57 posts, averaging 29K interactions per post, with an average engagement rate of 0.32%. Gallery posts performed best, with 31K interactions per post, outperforming images (30K) and reels (27K). Posts published between Wednesday and Friday saw the strongest engagement rates overall.

How to run a qualitative analysis with AI (when you don’t have time to go deep)

Let’s be honest: deep qualitative analysis is the part many analysts never quite reach. Not because they lack the skills or the curiosity but simply because there’s never enough time.

That’s why, at this stage, we bring back our favorite analyst friend: Insight AI. It helps fill that intimidating blank page and dives into the strategy, tone, target, and execution of any campaign.

We’ve even prebuilt the perfect prompts for this: "Brand analysis" and "Digital communication analysis".

Now imagine this: your campaign report doesn't start with a blinking cursor on a blank doc but with something like this:

Results from the “Digital communication analysis” prompt in Welov.io’s Insight AI, applied to the Netflix Spain Instagram account, filtered by posts related to the Wednesday series.

That’s all from our side, honestly, Insight AI leaves us speechless sometimes.

If you’re ready to put these learnings into action, you can try Insight AI free for 7 days and start applying it directly to your own profiles. And if not… well, you can always follow the same process manually, just budget a lot more time 🤪.
